Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the 100juz (ContactMLM) mobile application (hereinafter, the "Application"), the rightsholder of which is Marine Health IC Ltd. (reg. No. 230540900217, AIFC, Astana, Kazakhstan; chief executive — Arman Toskanbaev). By installing and using the Application, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Application is a personal work assistant for partners, distributors, and consultants of Marine Health: maintaining a personal contact database, recording the results of communication, work stages, tasks, and reminders. The Application is not a public CRM, a mass-mailing system, or an auto-dialing system.

3. Access and Account

3.1. Access is granted only to users registered with Marine Health; sign-in is performed through a Marine Health account.

3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for actions performed under your account.

4. User Obligations

4.1. You shall use the Application lawfully and in good faith.

4.2. Third-party contacts. By entering or importing the data of other persons (names, telephone numbers, notes), you confirm that you have the lawful right to do so and that you comply with applicable personal data legislation. You act as an independent controller with respect to your personal database and bear responsibility for its lawful use (including obtaining consents where required).

4.3. It is prohibited to use the Application for spam, unlawful mailings, misleading people, or any unlawful actions.

5. Your Content

The contacts, notes, and other data that you enter belong to you. We process them to provide the functions of the Application and synchronization in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, its design, texts, scripts, training materials, and the trademarks of Marine Health belong to the rightsholder and are protected by law. Use is permitted only within the scope of the Application's functionality.

7. AI Assistant and Materials

The responses of the AI assistant and the training materials are for reference purposes and may be inaccurate. They do not replace professional, legal, or medical advice. You make decisions independently.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the preservation of data in the event of device failures. It is recommended that you not rely on the Application as the sole place for storing important information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the rightsholder shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or the consequences of using the Application. The aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Application (where use is free of charge — zero).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use and delete the Application and credentials at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the AIFC (Astana International Financial Centre), Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law.

12. Amendments

We may update the Terms. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
