1. Who we are (data controller)

The controller of personal data processing is:

This Policy describes which data the 100juz (ContactMLM) application processes, for what purposes, on what legal grounds, and what rights you have.

2. What data we process

2.1. Account credentials. Sign-in to the application is performed via a Marine Health account (email and password). The password is processed by the Marine Health service and is not stored in the application. The application stores on the device an authorization token (in secure storage) and your user identifier.

2.2. Profile data. From the Marine Health service, the application obtains profile data: name, photograph, country of registration, language, status/role — for display and for the operation of features.

2.3. Your personal database (content you create). Contacts (name, phone number, notes), work stages and statuses, the history of touchpoints (calls/messages/meetings), tasks and reminders. You enter or import this data yourself.

2.4. Importing contacts from the phone book. Only with your explicit permission and solely at your choice. The name and phone number of the selected contacts are imported into your personal database.

2.5. Technical and diagnostic data. For the stability of the application, an error monitoring system (Sentry) is used. De-identified crash data is transmitted; the transmission of personal identifiers is disabled (sendDefaultPii = false).

We do not collect geolocation data, do not track you across other applications, and do not sell your data.

4. Where data is stored and for how long

Since the controller is located in Kazakhstan and the servers are in the EU, a cross-border transfer of data takes place; it is carried out with the application of reasonable protective measures.

Data is retained for as long as your account and use of the application remain active. Upon deletion of your account or at your request, the data is deleted (see Section 7).

5. To whom we disclose data

Disclosure to third parties for other purposes, as well as the sale of data, is not carried out. Data may be disclosed only pursuant to a lawful request from authorized authorities.

6. Application permissions

Permissions may be revoked in the device settings; in that case, some features will be limited.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, withdraw consent, and also delete your account together with the data of your personal database.

To exercise your rights, contact us via marinehealth.asia/ru/contacts (subject: "Personal data"). We will consider your request within a reasonable time.

8. Security

The authorization token is stored in secure system storage (Keychain/Keystore). Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS). Access to cloud data is restricted and tied to your identifier.

9. Children

The application is intended for adult users acting as Marine Health partners/distributors and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes are reflected by the effective date and, where necessary, by a notice within the application.
